Amran: A meeting was held today at the Amran Court of Appeals to discuss ways to enhance coordination and cooperation between the judiciary, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies in the governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahaqari, Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority; Dr. Faisal Jamaan, Governor of Amran; and Judge Ahmed Sharaf Al-Din, President of the Amran Court of Appeals. Participants reviewed mechanisms to strengthen joint work between the judiciary and security institutions to achieve security, stability, and public trust in legal and judicial processes.
Also present were Major General Abdulhamid Al-Mu'ayyad, Head of the Rehabilitation and Reform Authority, along with several senior security officers from the governorate.
Following the meeting, Judge Al-Mahaqari inspected judicial proceedings at the Amran Court of Appeals, its affiliated appellate divisions, and the Amran Primary Court. He reviewed the regularity of court sessions, adherence to judicial circulars and directives, and efforts to speed up litigation and case resolution.
He listened to reports from judges and administrative staff on ongoing cases, challenges, and operational needs, and praised the Amran Court of Appeals and its subordinate courts for their role in handling civil, personal status, and criminal cases effectively.
