Taiz: A meeting in Taiz Governorate today, chaired by the Governorate Deputy for Development Affairs, Abdul Wasi Al Shamsi, discussed completing the preparation and approval of document cycle models for cooperative association projects according to the financial regulations for associations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by the Deputy Director of the Social Affairs Office, Qaid Al Nihal, the Head of the Cooperative Union Branch in the Governorate, Majid Al Sagheer, the Audit Official at the Finance Office, Abdul Fattah Al Athouri, and the Financial Official of the Union Branch, Shalan Abdul Karim. They reviewed the document cycle models for association projects to measure their compliance with the prepared and approved financial regulations.
In the meeting, Deputy Al Shamsi pointed to the keenness of the local authority leadership in the governorate to build and qualify association cadres and strive to elevate them financially and administratively. He noted that the financial document cycle will contribute to simplifying and facilitating financial procedures and enhancing efficiency in financial management at the level of cooperative associations in the governorate.
He emphasized the importance of the financial document cycle that has been prepared and approved by the relevant authorities and mentioned the need to start implementing financial procedures according to the cycle after completing the procedures for model approval from the governorate leadership.
The Head of the Union Branch in the Governorate stated that preparing the financial document cycle is one of the executive steps the branch seeks to implement with the support of Social Affairs and Labor and relevant authorities. This initiative aims to elevate the level of implementation and accomplishment of financial and administrative works and activities in cooperative associations across the governorate's districts.
