Sanaa: Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, a member of the Supreme Political Council, sent condolences following the death of Shura Council member, activist, and poet Saleh Abdullah Nasser Sayel, who passed away at the age of 82. Sayel's life was marked by his dedication to national struggle and service.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Bin Habtoor extended his sympathies through a telegram addressed to Sayel's son, Mohammed, and the entire Sayel family in the Lower Markha District of Shabwa province. He commended Sayel for his significant contributions to the Yemeni Revolutions of September 26 and October 14, highlighting his commitment to their national and humanitarian objectives.
Dr. Bin Habtoor also noted the impact of Sayel's literary and poetic contributions, which reflected his revolutionary zeal and deep loyalty to Yemen. He emphasized that Yemen has lost a remarkable fighter, an inspiring poet, and a compassionate individual dedicated to his community and country.
In his message, Bin Habtoor expressed profound condolences and sympathy to Sayel's family, colleagues, and loved ones. He prayed for divine mercy and forgiveness for the deceased and wished patience and solace for the bereaved family and friends.
