Sanaa: Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, sent a cable of condolences and consolation on the death of the veteran writer, linguist, and journalist, Abdul-Ilah Ahmed Mohammed Al-Qudsi. Al-Qudsi passed away after a serious illness at the age of 70, having spent most of his life contributing to the cultural field.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Bin Habtoor addressed the telegram to the sons of the deceased, Bassem and Ahmed, as well as the rest of the family, the cultural and literary community, and the people of Al-Zahra district in Hodeida province. He praised Al-Qudsi’s contributions and high professionalism, acknowledging him as one of the most prominent figures in Yemen’s cultural, literary, and media sectors. Al-Qudsi’s career spanned over fifty years, marked by significant contributions in thought, culture, literature, and media.
Dr. Bin Habtoor expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to the family, cultural, literary, and media circles, and the people of Al-Zahra district. He prayed for mercy and forgiveness for Al-Qudsi and wished patience and solace for his family, relatives, colleagues, and admirers.
