Sana'a: Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtour, member of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences following the passing of Brigadier General Ali Saleh al-Sufi, who died at the age of 67 after a lifetime of dedicated national service.

According to Yemen News Agency, in his message to the family of the deceased in al-Qafr district of Ibb governorate, Dr. Bin Habtour praised the Brigadier General's distinguished 40-year military career. He highlighted al-Sufi's reputation as a model of discipline and integrity, noting his tireless commitment to his duties across various military posts.

The Councilmember expressed his deepest sympathies to the al-Sufi family, praying for the soul of the departed to rest in peace and for his loved ones to find patience and solace.
