Sana'a: The Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment has confirmed that there has been no increase in the prices of bottled water beyond the ceilings set by the Ministry.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry stated that the prices of bottled water remain stable and unchanged by producers. The Ministry has deployed field monitoring teams to track the prices of all goods in the market. Any violations detected will be reported to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to protect both producers and consumers.
The Ministry also acknowledged the cooperation of producers and their dedication to maintaining price stability in the markets. It highlighted that any increase in prices is prohibited unless the Ministry is notified in advance through an official memo, which must detail the reasons and justifications for the proposed changes.
