Educational Activities Commemorate Prophet’s Birthday Across Sana’a Districts

Sana'a: Educational sectors in Al-Tayyal, Hamdan, and Bani Hushaysh districts of Sana'a Governorate organized cultural events marking the 1448 AH anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. Sana'a Deputy Governor for Education and Youth Affairs, Talib Dahan, highlighted the importance of commemorating the occasion as an annual spiritual opportunity to draw inspiration from the Prophet's values and emulate his example.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dahan urged schools across the districts to continue organizing cultural, educational, and chanting activities to instill love for the Prophet among students and familiarize them with his life, values, and moral principles. Educational officials noted that the commemoration occurs as the Yemeni people continue their struggle to secure their rights under the principle of 'siege for siege.'

The events featured various student activities, including chants and poetry, at schools in the participating districts. Meanwhile, educational sectors in New Sana'a, Al-Husn, Arhab, and Nihm districts held similar events, emphasizing the role of the Quran and the Prophet's guidance in strengthening religious and cultural awareness.

School activities, cultural competitions, and the Great Prophet Football League also continued in several districts of Sana'a Governorate in celebration of the Prophet's birthday. Speakers stressed the importance of following the Prophet's example, while students presented religious chants and poems highlighting the significance of the occasion.
