The Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Finance provided the Maqbanah District in Taiz Governorate with three "Turktel" type incision equipment on Thursday. Providing the directorate with this equipment comes within the framework of the leadership's directives to alleviate the suffering of the people affected by the floods, reopen and rehabilitate water drains and roads, and protect agricultural lands. Work with this equipment was launched in the most affected areas in the isolation of Akhdou, above the area of Al-Hajar, Al-Thanab, Baidaha, Bani Seif, the district of Al-Mulahatha, and the road of Al-Nasr Hospital in Saqm. The unit also provided cement for the rehabilitation of 97 flood-damaged wells in those areas. Source: Yemen News Agency
