Sana'a: The Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development for the Monitoring and Evaluation Sector, Al-Azzi Al-Hattami, conducted an inspection on Wednesday to assess employee discipline at the Republican Teaching Hospital Authority in the capital, Sana'a.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister Al-Hattami, along with the Deputy Head of the Authority for Medical and Clinical Affairs, Dr. Nabil Al-Hajj, and the Director of Human Resources at the Authority, Samir Al-Sanfi, evaluated the workflow in various medical departments and clinics. They assessed the quality of medical and treatment services provided to citizens across the specialized and diagnostic departments and facilities affiliated with the hospital.
Deputy Minister Al-Hattami expressed approval of the employee discipline observed among the hospital's leadership and staff. He acknowledged the efforts of the medical, technical, and administrative personnel, highlighting their dedication to mitigating patient suffering amidst the challenging circumstances facing the country.
He further emphasized the importance of healthcare staff continuing their work during the Eid holiday, describing it as a genuine act of resilience and a commendable humanitarian effort.
The inspection was also attended by the Directors of Local Authority Oversight and Training and Qualification at the Ministry of Civil Service, Dr. Muhammad Al-Fallahi and Muhammad Al-Almani.
