Sanaa: Shu'ub District in the Capital Sanaa was vibrant with cultural evenings and events celebrating the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday, bringing together residents from neighborhoods such as Al-Darbouh in East Al-Jaraf, Al-Matla' in Al-Nasr, and other localities within East Al-Jaraf, Sa'wan, Al-Nasr, and Al-Hilal.
According to Yemen News Agency, these celebrations were marked by cultural and speech events organized by community members to honor the birth of the greatest Messenger. Esteemed attendees included the First Deputy of the Capital Secretariat Khaled Al-Madani, the Head of the Social Affairs Committee Hammoud Al-Naqeeb, Yemeni Scholars League member Allama Hammoud Sharaf Al-Din, the district's Mobilization Official Abdullah Al-Kawl, and various local and executive leaders, sheikhs, social figures, and neighborhood heads.
The events featured speeches that underscored the significance of this religious occasion in renewing loyalty and devotion to the Messenger of God (PBUH), emphasizing the importance of following his path and values. The speakers highlighted the Prophet's teachings as the epitome of mercy, justice, and humanity, and viewed the celebration as a faith-based opportunity to reconnect with the Prophet's biography, learning lessons of patience, pride, sacrifice, jihad, and resilience against oppression.
Participants were encouraged to actively engage in the celebrations within their neighborhoods, communities, and mosques, showcasing expressions of joy and reverence appropriate to the occasion's significance in the hearts of Yemenis.
