Sana'a: Commemorative evenings and cultural events were held in the districts of the Capital Secretariat to mark the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him and his family) birthday for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, in Al-Sabeen District, First Deputy of the Secretariat Khalid Al-Madani, Assistant Deputy Abdullah Al-Hajri, and directors of the Secretariat's Slaughterhouses Office, Ahmed Idris, and the district office, Mohamed Al-Washli, attended a cultural evening organized by the residents of Al-Rihab neighborhood in celebration of the Prophet's birth. Speeches and segments of the event emphasized the importance of the occasion in strengthening attachment to and emulation of the Prophet, renewing loyalty and commitment to follow his righteous path, and continuing jihad in the way of God in support of the oppressed and in defense of the holy sites and the causes of the nation.
In Al-Wahda District, a lecture evening was held for the residents of Al-Zubairi neighborhood in Al-Safiyah Al-Gharbiyah, attended by Shura Council member Jabri Ibrahim, local and executive leaders, elders, and social figures. Similarly, in Al-Tabari neighborhood, Old Sana'a District, residents organized a cultural evening attended by the Secretariat's Deputy for Services Sector, Engineer Abdel Fattah Al-Sharafi, Ali Shreem, and the directors of Resources for the Secretariat and district, Mohamed Ibrahim and Mahdi Arhab, along with executive and social leaders.
In Al-Safiyah District, residents of Al-Da'wah neighborhood in Al-Fath held a cultural evening attended by the Secretariat's Head of Guidance Sector, Dr. Qais Al-Tal, and other executive leaders. During the celebrations, speeches, cultural segments, poetry recitations, and anthems praising the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) were presented.
Participants viewed the celebrations as a renewal of loyalty and commitment to the Prophet, drawing inspiration from his life and teachings, and cultivating the values, principles, and ethics of the Prophet. They emphasized the importance of mobilizing the nation to fulfill its religious and humanitarian responsibilities in support of Gaza and the Islamic holy sites, and in countering conspiracies against them. They called on the residents of the Capital Secretariat to actively engage in the Prophet's birthday celebrations, displaying joy and festivity to provoke the disbelievers and hypocrites, culminating in the grand Muhammadan festival on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
