Ibb: The Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Ibb Governorate organized a speech event on Monday to mark the anniversary of the stance under the theme ‘The Al-Sarkah: A Weapon and a Stance.’

According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, the Fund’s director in the governorate, Adel Omar, emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion, describing it as a starting point for confronting projects targeting the Arab and Islamic nation. He addressed the risks facing the nation due to submission and dependency on hegemonic powers, stressing the importance of using the weapon of boycotting American, Israeli goods and products, as well as those of countries that have normalized relations with them, amid ongoing conspiracies against free Arab and Islamic peoples.

At the event, attended by Deputy Director Bilal Al-Bukhaiti, Head of the Environmental Sanitation Sector Ahmed Al-Jundi stated that the slogan launched by the ‘martyr leader’ redirected hostility toward the real enemy, ‘America and Israel.’ He noted that the passing of 24 years since the launch of the slogan against arrogant powers represents a turning point, serving as both a weapon and a stance to mobilize efforts, take serious action, and assume responsibility in confronting global hegemonic forces.

Al-Jundi added that the slogan has distinguished the Yemeni people from others in confronting global arrogance, noting that Yemen’s current standing in supporting justice and backing allies in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq is the result of the Quranic project opposing American and Zionist dominance.
