Event Celebrates Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday in Sharab Al-Rawna District

Sana'a: The Sharab Al-Rawna Primary Court held a cultural and speech event on Wednesday at the government complex in Sharab Al-Rawna District, Taiz Governorate, to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Taiz Deputy Governors Abdulwasea Al-Shamsi and Mohammed Mounir, District Director Osama Al-Qatabri, Yemeni Scholars Association member Ridwan Al-Muhya, as well as a number of sheikhs and officials.

Speakers emphasized that commemorating this important religious occasion reflects the deep emotional and spiritual connection with the Prophet Muhammad and his Quran-based approach, which upholds justice, guarantees rights, and promotes the principles of social solidarity.

They stressed the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life, embracing his values to confront current challenges and strengthen faith-based identity. They described the occasion as an annual opportunity to renew determination, strengthen the internal front, promote brotherhood and solidarity among members of society.

The speakers noted that the celebrations taking place across Taiz's districts reflect the high status of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers in the hearts of the Yemeni people. They called on residents of the district, as well as official and popular bodies, to intensify mobilization efforts and broad participation in preparatory activities leading up to the major central celebration, while also addressing the needs of the poor and needy as an embodiment of the noble character and practical conduct of the Prophet.
