Al-hodeidah: The Technical Education Sector, in collaboration with the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, Al-Shifa College of Medical Sciences, Al-Mujtama' Leading College of Medical Sciences, the Skills Development Fund, and the branch of the General Authority for Environmental Protection in Al-Hodeidah, hosted a commemorative event on Sunday to mark the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisi, underscored the significance of celebrating the birth of the Prophet, who imparted lasting, noble principles for humanity through his wisdom and counsel. Halisi praised the Prophet's exemplary qualities in guidance, education, moral refinement, and community reform, which have united hearts and forged a cohesive nation.
Deputy Governor Halisi encouraged participants to actively engage in events and activities dedicated to this important religious occasion, using it as an opportunity to return to the Book of Allah, learn about the Prophet's life, emulate his actions, and adhere to his guidance in both word and deed. He also urged involvement in the main central celebration planned for 12 Rabi' al-Awwal to honor the occasion.
The event was graced by Hassan Hadish, Head of the Technical Education Sector, Khalifa Al-Humaidi, Director of the Skills Development Fund, Mansour Al-Asimi, Dean of Al-Shifa College, and Abdelkader Yaghnum, Director of the Environmental Protection Authority branch. They all emphasized the importance of emulating the Prophet's qualities and adhering to his teachings to promote unity and uphold the Islamic faith.
Speakers at the event also highlighted the esteemed status of the people of Yemen in the eyes of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), acknowledging their support and shelter of him to elevate the word of Allah.
