Hajjah: The Health and Environment Office and the Republican Hospital Authority in Hajjah organized a speech event on Monday to mark the Al-Sarkah annual anniversary against the arrogant powers for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, Allama Abdulmajid Sharaf al-Din, stated that the slogan represents the essence of the enlightening Quranic project launched by the martyred leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi to rescue the nation from the tragic reality it reached due to its subordination to its enemies. He pointed out that the martyred leader accurately diagnosed the condition of the nation and proposed solutions to mobilize its potential, ensuring it could confront current challenges and direct its focus toward what he described as the real enemies of Islam, namely the United States and Israel.
Sharaf al-Din stressed the need for the nation to adhere to the Quranic project, strengthen resilience, steadfastness, and declare disavowal of enemies, urging the activation of an economic boycott of American and Israeli goods.
At the event, which was attended by deputy heads of the Republican Hospital Authority, general directors, and deputy directors of the Health Office, Deputy Director of the Health and Environment Office in the governorate, Dr. Khaled al-Nadhari, noted that the slogan launched by the martyred leader from the mountains of Marran shook the thrones of the arrogant and awakened an entire nation, marking the beginning of a new phase of awareness, insight, and responsible action.
He added that the slogan emerged at a time when the nation was in a state of silence in the face of what he described as crimes by the United States and Israel, the occupation of Palestine, the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, and dominance over political, economic decisions, with calls for submission and normalization with the enemy. Al-Sarkah, he said, came to declare disavowal of God's enemies, expose conspiracies, and break the barrier of fear.
Dr. al-Nadhari explained that Al-Sarkah helped unmask positions, distinguish stances, and evolve from a slogan into a culture, then into a position, and finally into action, unifying arenas. He emphasized that commemorating the anniversary is not merely ceremonial, but a renewal of commitment to responsibilities, including promoting Quranic culture, confronting soft warfare, and supporting the nation's causes.
For his part, Dean of the branch of the University of Quranic Sciences, Abdullah Miyah, stated that the martyred leader, following the launch of Al-Sarkah, worked to call the nation back to the Book of Allah as a guiding methodology to confront what he described as a crusader campaign and to boycott American and Israeli products.
He affirmed that Al-Sarkah reflects a high level of awareness of what he described as the schemes of global arrogant powers against the nation, as well as an understanding of the true ambitions of enemies toward Arab and Islamic nations.
