Al-hodeida: A cultural evening and an educational and youth event were held in Al-Sukhna District, Al-Hodeida Governorate, celebrating the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (Mawlid al-Nabawi) for the year 1448 AH. During the evening, organized by the residents of the Eastern Quarter, speeches were delivered reviewing aspects of the Greatest Messenger's biography, his message, and the values he brought.
According to Yemen News Agency, the speeches addressed the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birth (PBUH), explaining that the occasion renews the generations' knowledge of his character and his stances in building the nation, as well as his embodiment of steadfastness in confronting tyrannical forces, adherence to truth, and entrenchment of community values.
At the event organized by the Education Sector and the Youth and Sports Office, speeches emphasized the importance of the occasion in strengthening love for the Greatest Messenger among students, and linking the educational process with the values and morals he embodied in his life.
Speakers considered the Mawlid commemoration an opportunity to introduce students to the noble Prophet's biography, instill love for him in their hearts, and reinforce the values of knowledge, discipline, honesty, and cooperation, contributing to building a generation aware of its identity and capable of assuming its responsibilities.
The evening and event, attended by leaders of the local authority, the General Mobilization, executive offices, as well as social, educational, and sports figures, featured expressive segments.
