Hajjah: The Hajjah province branch of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, in collaboration with the Scholars and Learners Unit, organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate the martyrdom of Imams Hussein and Zaid. The event aimed to reflect on the lessons of sacrifice and steadfastness exemplified by these historical figures in their opposition to tyranny and oppression.

According to Yemen News Agency, Mohammed Aishan, head of the authority's office in Hajjah, addressed the gathering, underscoring the significance of the values and principles championed by Imam Hussein. Aishan remarked that Imam Hussein played a pivotal role in restoring the nation's religion, status, and dignity during a time when the rulers attempted to distance the nation from its faith. He called for adherence to the Hussaini path and the principles for which Imam Hussein made the ultimate sacrifice.

The event saw the participation of several directors of executive offices, members of the Yemen Scholars Association, and representatives of the Scholars Unit. Speaking at the event, Yahya al-Khatib, a member of the Yemen Scholars Association, emphasized the importance of strengthening the Muslim community's connection to God, the Prophet Muhammad, and the Quran. He pointed out that such connections would enhance the understanding of the Prophet's family, including Imams Ali, Hassan, Hussein, and Zaid, encouraging the community to follow their example.
