Sanhan: A number of executive offices in the Sanhan and Bani Bahloul District of Sana'a Governorate organized a speech event celebrating Mawlid al-Nabawi, drawing attendance from local officials and sheikhs.
According to Yemen News Agency, cultural activist Radhwan Al-Mahaqiri highlighted the unique connection of the Yemeni people to the Final Prophet since the era of the Ansar. He emphasized the Prophet's role in bringing about a significant transformation in history and urged the community to unite their efforts to confront tyranny and arrogance. Al-Mahaqiri also encouraged participation in the central event on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal in Sana'a, the capital.
The organizing offices conveyed that Mawlid al-Nabawi represents more than just an occasion; it marks the birth anniversary of the Arab nation that once led the world in spreading virtue and justice while combating oppression. They called on people to draw inspiration from the Prophet's values and to adhere to the teachings of the Quran and his biography.
The event included a poem, an operetta, and various expressive segments, enriching the celebration with cultural and artistic expressions.
