Marib: The districts of Al-Abdiyah and Mahliyah, along with Al-Jarshah sub-district in Al-Jubah district and Al-Jurayda in Baddada district in Marib province, witnessed cultural events and scout performances marking the conclusion of summer courses activities held under the slogan 'Knowledge and Jihad.'
According to Yemen News Agency, in Al-Abdiyah district, a ceremonial event and a scout display were organized for summer school students, showcasing the skills and knowledge they had acquired. The event, attended by local, mobilization, and military figures, featured speeches emphasizing the importance of summer schools in building a generation armed with knowledge and committed to Quranic culture and faith-based identity. The efforts of male and female teachers in these schools were also praised.
In Mahliyah district, a scout performance and closing ceremony honored students and teachers participating in the summer schools. The event included various segments that reflected the students' abilities and skills. Speeches highlighted that the success of the summer activities was the result of joint official and community cooperation.
The summer courses were described as an effective educational and training space for refining students' talents and developing their scientific, cultural, and creative abilities. In Al-Jarshah sub-district of Al-Jubah district, a closing ceremony was held for the summer courses activities for the year 1447 AH. Speeches at the event praised the cooperation of parents and their keenness to encourage their children to join the summer courses and schools.
