Amran: The districts of Amran province, including Rida, Dhibin, Khamir, Kharif, Amran, Al-Ashah, Shaharah, Hawth, Bakil Al-Swad, Qaflah Adhr, Harf Sufyan, Bani Sareem, Iyal Sarih, and Al-Madan, witnessed mobilization and cultural events and gatherings on the occasion of the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The events were held under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the activities included oratorical festivals, preparatory meetings, cultural seminars, and poetic and choral evenings. During these events, speeches highlighted the significance of commemorating this occasion to consolidate the values of loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. The gatherings aimed to strengthen faith-based identity and to draw lessons from Imam Ali's biography in patience, courage, and justice. Moreover, the speeches called for broad participation in the central event and for rejecting projects of hegemony and subservience.
The events saw the attendance of local and mobilization officials, as well as social and educational figures.
