Exhibition of Entrepreneurial Products Begins in Sana’a

Sana'a: The activities of the exhibition featuring products by male and female entrepreneurs commenced today in Sana'a, organized by the General Investment Authority. The event, which will run until next Wednesday, includes participation from a select group of small and micro-project owners.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Head of the Investment Operations and Services Sector at the Authority, Engineer Mohammed Al-Farza'i, stated that the exhibition is part of the Authority's efforts to support entrepreneurs in developing and expanding their projects. The initiative aims to facilitate access to consumers and market products, highlighting the role of small and micro-projects in job creation, increasing local production, and supporting the national economy.

The General Investment Authority has emphasized its commitment to providing facilities, incentives, and advantages outlined in the Investment Law for these projects. The exhibition serves as a platform to introduce these incentives and the investment services available through the one-stop-shop system and the Authority's electronic platform.

Sumaya Al-Khidr, the Director of the Women's Department at the Authority, explained that the exhibition seeks to showcase entrepreneurs' products, create opportunities for direct communication with consumers, and highlight the Authority's role in supporting and empowering women economically. The event encourages entrepreneurial initiatives, featuring pavilions with handicrafts, handcrafted items, perfumes, incense, and heritage and family products.

The General Investment Authority has extended an invitation to citizens to visit the exhibition and explore the local products available throughout the event.
