Sana'a: Technical teams continued field visits to public service units to follow up on the implementation of service simplification and quality improvement measures. The teams visited the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation and the Public Works Office in al-Wahda district to assess progress in applying recommendations from the first evaluation phase.
According to Yemen News Agency, discussions during the visits focused on implementing action plans, improving procedures, and enhancing service delivery systems. Officials highlighted the importance of simplifying processes, especially in essential services like water and sanitation, and noted progress in automation and digital systems.
The visits aim to provide technical support, ensure implementation of recommendations, and improve efficiency and quality of services provided to citizens.
