Field Visits Continue to Streamline Procedures and Improve Public Service Delivery in Sana’a

Sana'a: Technical teams from the National Team for Streamlining Procedures continued on Wednesday field inspections in the capital Sana'a to assess the implementation of service reform measures in key public service units. Led by Dr. Mohammed al-Shumairi, the team visited the General Directorate of Traffic, where they reviewed ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and advance digital transformation, including expanding self-service options.

According to Yemen News Agency, officials from the traffic department highlighted progress in improving procedures and supporting automation initiatives. The teams also inspected the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment and the Yemen Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Organization to evaluate compliance with procedural simplification frameworks.

The visits focused on integrating electronic services, improving workflow efficiency, and reducing in-person service requirements through digital platforms.
