First Semester Exams Commence in Bayda Governorate for Academic Year 1447 AH

Bayda: First semester exams for primary and secondary students for the academic year 1447 AH (2025 AD) officially began today across Bayda governorate. Province undersecretary Ali Sheikh, accompanied by al-Suwadiyah district director Yasser al-Suwadi, visited Tariq bin Ziyad School and other schools in the district to oversee the testing process.

According to Yemen News Agency, they received a briefing from Education Sector Official Abdo al-Suwadi on the smooth start of the exams and the preparations made to ensure a comfortable testing environment for students. The official commended the organizational efforts, discipline across exam centers, and the conducive atmosphere provided for students. He encouraged students to remain focused, work hard, and aim for academic excellence.

In parallel, Province undersecretaries Abdullah al-Jamali and Mohammed al-Humaiqani, along with Bayda city director Ahmed al-Rasas and Education Sector Official Sarhan Sawad, visited several schools including al-Aqil Educational Complex for Boys and al-Thawra School for Girls to monitor exam progress. Al-Jamali praised the orderly conduct of exams and highlighted that holding examinations amid ongoing challenges sends a strong message of Yemen's continued commitment to education, development, and resilience in the face of aggression.
