Sana'a: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Jamal Amer on Thursday sent a congratulatory cable to his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
According to Yemen News Agency, in the cable, Amer congratulated Lavrov and the Russian people on the occasion of Russia's National Day.
