Sana'a: The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Jamal Amer, met in Sana'a with the representative of the Islamic Resistance Movement 'Hamas,' Muadh Abu Shamala, who delivered a written message from the movement's leader, Dr. Khalil al-Hayya.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. al-Hayya expressed Hamas' appreciation and pride in the sacrifices of the Yemeni people, the brothers of truth-Ansar Allah-and the steadfast Yemeni nation, a land of faith and wisdom. He praised their support, determination, heroism, and perseverance in confronting the Zionist enemy and its allies, despite the scale of sacrifices, threats, and the barbaric attacks Yemen faces.
The message emphasized that Yemen and its people remain committed to their pledge to Gaza and the blood of the martyrs. The geographical distance from Palestine has only strengthened their closeness and dedication to the central cause of the Arabs and Muslims, as well as their determination to continue supporting, assisting, and defending Gaza and Palestine.
Dr. al-Hayya wrote in his message: 'We at Hamas, along with the Palestinian people, commend the steadfastness, sacrifices, and resolve of the Yemeni leadership and people, and all that they give for the sake of God, to support our just cause, and to defend our patient people in Gaza.'
He also affirmed that Hamas and the Palestinian people will never forget Yemen's historic stances, led by the leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, noting that Yemen's actions 'went beyond words and condemnations, marked by deeds and sealed with blood and remains-from massive rallies, to rockets and drones that continue to strike deep into the Zionist entity, up to imposing the fourth stage of the naval blockade on the occupation entity.'
He added: 'We will not forget your political positions in supporting Palestinian rights and condemning the occupation's crimes.'
Dr. al-Hayya concluded the message, saying: 'Despite the immense pain that grips our hearts, we are confident in God's promise and victory for His faithful, striving servants, the imminent collapse of this usurping entity, the liberation of our land and holy sites, and the establishment of our independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.'
During the meeting, Minister Amer reaffirmed the steadfast position of leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi, the Government of Change and Reconstruction, and the Yemeni people in continuing support and assistance to Gaza, rejecting any temptations in exchange for halting military operations in the Red Sea.
He explained that entering the fourth stage of support operations may witness surprises that will astonish the Zionist enemy and those behind it, noting that the solution is based on a simple formula: stopping the aggression against Gaza and ensuring unrestricted entry of all humanitarian, food, medical, and fuel aid.
The Foreign Minister praised the resilience of the resistance in Gaza in facing the war crimes and genocide committed by the Zionist enemy, stressing that nearly two years of continued resistance is evidence of the enemy's moral, political, and military failure, which drives it to implement a policy of starving civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.
Minister Amer described the Palestinian resistance as a symbol and icon of jihad worldwide.
For his part, the Hamas representative in Sana'a praised the historic humanitarian stance of the Republic of Yemen, led by Abdulmalik al-Houthi, and commended the unlimited support for the people of Gaza, calling it an honorable position that history will not forget.
Abu Shamala also lauded the voluntary participation of millions of Yemenis in weekly rallies to express their support for the Yemeni leadership's stance and its continued backing of the Palestinian cause.
