Sanaa: Leaders and staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates visited the tombs of martyrs President Saleh Al-Samad, Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahawi and his fellow ministers, and Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Ghamari.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, the Ministry's Advisor, Ambassador Mohammed Hajar, the Undersecretary for Expatriate Affairs, Ahmed Abdo, department heads, and directors-general laid wreaths on the martyrs' tombs and recited the Fatiha (the opening chapter of the Quran) for their pure souls and the souls of all the martyrs who fell in the battle to defend the homeland, the battle for the promised victory, and the holy jihad.
Ambassador Mohammed Hajar emphasized that these martyrs sacrificed their lives for the homeland and in defense of the faith, noting that the Ministry has offered many martyrs in this sacred battle, foremost among them Minister Jamal Ahmed Ali Amer. He pointed out that all members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates are following in the footsteps of the martyrs, noting that a nation whose leaders stand at the forefront of the martyrs will be victorious.
The visitors expressed their pride in the martyrs' sacrifices in confronting the forces of aggression, and the heroic deeds they performed in defense of the land, honor, sovereignty, independence, and the nation's dignity and pride, affirming their commitment to following in their footsteps until a clear victory is achieved over the forces of aggression and arrogance.
