Sana'a: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has issued a strong warning to Saudi Arabia, affirming that the kingdom will not remain secure as long as it continues its hostile operations against Yemen. The ministry highlighted the ongoing aggression and siege imposed by Saudi Arabia over the past 12 years.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized in a statement that Saudi Arabia initiated its aggression with airstrikes on Sana'a International Airport during a de-escalation phase and has ignored calls to lift its siege. The ministry accused Saudi Arabia of exacerbating the suffering of the Yemeni people, even during significant battles such as the "Al-Aqsa Flood," when Yemen was supporting the Palestinian cause.
The statement further alleged that Saudi Arabia continues military mobilizations aimed at harming the Yemeni population, including the militarization of the civilian port of Mokha. These actions are presented as evidence of Saudi Arabia's continued aggression.
The ministry warned Saudi Arabia against a false sense of security, citing the recent surge of 300 airstrikes within five days from bases in Khamis Mushait and Taif. It stated that Saudi Arabia is delusional if it believes its stability is assured under such conditions.
Moreover, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated that navigation routes, which Saudi Arabia claims to be threatened, are indeed safe. The end of clashes in the western coast districts and the expulsion of Saudi forces have contributed to the safety of navigation in Bab al-Mandab, a point that the Yemen Humanitarian Operations Coordination Center has communicated to ships and shipping companies.
