Sana'a: The funeral of First Lieutenant martyr Ghadan Mohammed Abduh Al-Omari was held in Al-Haymah Al-Dakhiliyah district of Sana'a Governorate. He was killed while performing his duty in defense of the homeland.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the funeral procession, mourners praised the sacrifices of the martyrs, which they said have yielded major victories and secured gains for the Yemeni people in terms of freedom and liberation from foreign dependency and guardianship. They also highlighted advances in development and in local and military manufacturing, affirming that the blood of the martyrs will remain a guiding light for free people in confronting aggression and supporting the causes of the nation.
The body of the martyr was laid to rest in the Martyrs' Garden in Naqil Al-Mawjar in Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah district, after funeral prayers, in the presence of military and mobilization leaders and a large gathering of citizens.
