Funeral Held for Scholar Ali Hadi Al-Saylami in Sa’ada

Sa'ada: The funeral of the late scholar and mujahid Ali Hadi Ahmed Al-Saylami was held today in Saada Governorate, following his passing after a lifetime of dedication to serving his country and striving in the path of God.

According to Yemen News Agency, leading the funeral procession were Governor of Saada Mohammed Awad, along with a number of scholars, tribal leaders, and community figures. The mourners praised the late scholar's virtues, his scholarly and jihadist contributions, and his service to his homeland and society.

Governor Awad commended Al-Saylami's lifelong efforts in teaching Islamic sciences, mediating disputes, and promoting unity and brotherhood within the community. He noted that the late scholar was a model of piety, humility, and devotion, known for his role in strengthening social cohesion and confronting aggression.

The governor and mourners extended their deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased, praying that Almighty God grant him mercy and a place in paradise, and bestow patience and solace upon his family.

The body of the late scholar was laid to rest at Al-Qardhin Cemetery in the city of Saada after funeral prayers at Imam Al-Hadi Mosque.
