Saada:A funeral took place on Monday in Saada province for nine victims of a Saudi airstrike targeting the family of Ali al-Qahm in the Sahar district. The airstrike also resulted in injuries to 22 people, predominantly women and children.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral was attended by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim, Saada governor Mohammed Awad, local officials, and a large number of citizens.
Mourners expressed their condemnation of the attack, particularly the killing of women and children, and asserted that such actions would not deter the Yemeni people from seeking their rights and independence.
Following the burial of the victims in the Al-Tawilah area, a mass protest was held. During the protest, Qahim and Awad criticized the attack, comparing it to Israeli actions against civilians. Relatives of the victims vowed to continue resisting Saudi aggression.
