Sana'a: A solemn funeral procession was held today in the capital, Sana'a, for 15 martyrs from the Al-Domdi, Al-Sharafi, Al-Dawood, and Al-Azab families, who were killed in the Zionist aggression that targeted the Al-Tahrir residential neighborhood in the heart of the capital.
According to Yemen News Agency, mourners affirmed that this crime, which claimed the lives of 15 people including women and children, reflects the brutality and criminality of the Zionist enemy and its descent into bankruptcy, disregarding all international and humanitarian laws and conventions that criminalize targeting civilians and civilian sites.
They pledged loyalty to the blood of the martyrs and vowed to continue steadfastness and resistance in confronting the criminal Zionist enemy while supporting and standing by the Palestinian people in Gaza.
They further stressed that the crimes of the Zionist enemy will only strengthen the Yemeni people's resolve, determination, and steadfastness in their faith-based and jihadist stance in the cause of God and in support of the oppressed and downtrodden in Gaza.
The mourners, led by Abdul-Ilah Hajar, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council; MP Mohammed al-Tawqi; Shura Council member Yahya al-Habbari; First Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat Khaled al-Madani; Planning Committee Chairman Sharaf al-Hadi; Undersecretary Mohammed Saree; and Director of Al-Thawrah District Aqil al-Saqqaf, condemned the Zionist crime against civilians in Al-Tahrir neighborhood, describing it as a full-fledged war crime.
They affirmed that through these crimes, the Zionist enemy seeks to break the will of the Yemeni people and deter them from supporting Gaza and the oppressed Palestinian people-something that will never be achieved, no matter the sacrifices.
The martyrs were laid to rest at the Martyrs' Cemeteries in Al-Hashhoosh and Al-Khamsin, following funeral prayers at Al-Hashhoosh Mosque in Al-Jiraf neighborhood.
