Sana’a: The body of Lieutenant Colonel Ismail Ali Al-Raidi, a martyr of the nation and armed forces, was buried today in Sana’a following a solemn funeral procession after he was martyred in the battle of Al-Nafs Al-Tawil.
According to Yemen News Agency, an official funeral ceremony was held for the martyr, attended by the Vice President of the Shura Council, Dhaif Allah Rassam, the Undersecretaries of Amran Governorate, Mohammed Al-Mutawakkil and Amin Faras, the Director of the Human Resources Evaluation Department, Brigadier General Abdul Aziz Salah, the Deputy Director of the Military Retirement Department, Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Husseini, the Director of Al-Sud Directorate in Amran, Abdul Fattah Al-Wadi’i, the Martyrs Foundation branch in the governorate, Ibrahim Al-Nono, military and security leaders, social figures, colleagues, and relatives of the martyr.
The funeral ceremony for the martyr took place after the funeral prayer at Al-Shaab Mosque in the capital, Sana’a, to be buried in his hometown.
