Sana'a: The funeral of Martyr Major Mohammed Ahmed al-Dhuhyani, who was martyred while performing his duty in defense of the nation, was held today in Damt District, al-Dhalea Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral procession was led by Acting Governor of al-Dhalea, Abdul Latif al-Shughadri, and the governorate's mobilization official, Ahmed al-Murani, along with crowds of mourners.
Speakers at the funeral praised the heroism and sacrifices of the martyr, expressing pride in all the nation's martyrs who have written epic tales of courage in confronting the aggression.
The martyr's body was laid to rest in the Martyrs' Cemetery in the al-Ahram area of Damt District.
