Sana’a: The Yemeni Gas Company has begun a field visit to gas filling stations in the capital to verify their commitment to providing security and safety standards and ensuring continuous operation around the clock. Deputy Director of Operations of the Yemeni Gas Company, Abdul Malik Al-Junaid, explained that the visit comes in implementation of the directives of the leadership of the Yemeni Gas Company, with the aim of reviewing the gas supply situation and its stability, especially with the advent of the month of Ramadan.
According to Yemen News Agency, the field visit seeks to assess and strengthen control procedures at the gas filling stations. The company aims to ensure that all stations comply with the necessary safety protocols to maintain a secure supply chain. This initiative is particularly significant as it coincides with the preparations for Ramadan, a period during which demand for gas typically increases. The Yemeni Gas Company is taking proactive steps to address any potential disruptions in supply and ensure that the capital’s needs are met efficiently.
The visit is part of a broader strategy by the Yemeni Gas Company to enhance operational oversight and provide a reliable gas supply to residents. Al-Junaid emphasized the importance of continuous operation at the stations and the company’s commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This move is expected to bolster public confidence in the gas supply system, especially during a critical time of increased consumption.
