Sana’a: The Government of Change and Construction affirmed on Sunday that the Republic of Yemen, its leadership, government, and people, will not waver from its supportive stance toward Gaza, regardless of the sacrifices.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Government of Change and Construction expressed pride and dignity over the unprecedented million-person demonstrations that took place last Friday in the capital, Sana’a, and various provinces of Yemen. These demonstrations embodied national cohesion and reaffirmed Yemen’s steadfast principled position in supporting Gaza and Palestine.
The statement highlighted that the vast crowds, responding to a call of duty, sent a powerful message to the forces of aggression and arrogance, particularly the American adversaries and their allies. It underscored that the Yemeni leadership and populace remain resolute in their support for Gaza, no matter the cost.
The Yemeni government emphasized that the American enemy has failed in its attempt to deter Yemen from supporting Gaza through its aggression. Instead, the aggression has only strengthened the Yemeni people’s resolve and increased their cohesion and determination.
The statement further explained that the American actions have heightened the Yemeni people’s conviction of the critical importance of their support for Gaza. It also reinforced their belief that America, viewed as the “Great Satan,” and its unwavering support for the Zionist entity, is the primary cause of prolonged suffering in Palestine.
The statement highlighted that American aggression has united the Yemeni people even more, rallying them around their leadership and cause. Demonstrators from every corner of Yemen have declared their unity against aggression, while showcasing internal cohesion and strong popular support for the state.
The Government of Change and Construction reiterated that American aggression only fuels greater support for the Yemeni Armed Forces’ operations and fosters increased animosity toward the United States.
The government addressed the American adversaries, warning that their blatant aggression against Yemen is a provocation. It asserted that Yemenis would remain steadfast and resolute, and such aggression would ultimately sow despair among American ranks.
In a call to the international community, the Yemeni government urged global observers and free media to view the Yemeni demonstrations objectively, as expressions of a living human conscience advocating for truth, justice, and support for the oppressed Palestinians.
The statement concluded with a call for the world’s peoples to emulate the Yemeni demonstrations demanding an end to the genocide in Gaza. The government reaffirmed its loyalty to the martyrs’ sacrifices and its unwavering support for Gaza and Palestine until complete victory is achieved.
