Grievances and Complaints Committee Addresses Land Issues in Sana’a Governorate

Sana'a: The Grievances and Complaints Committee in Sana'a governorate, led by Secretary-General of the Local Council Abdulqader Al-Jilani, convened on Wednesday to address land-related complaints from citizens across various districts of the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the committee assessed the progress made since the last meeting, focusing on grievances that had been referred, categorized, examined, and resolved in the preceding period. The session included participation from committee members and the Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Muntasir, who collectively examined complaints related to land disputes and new urban development plans.

During the meeting, several complaints were delegated to the Land Authority for further examination and necessary action, while others were sent to the governorate's Legal Affairs Office for detailed study and legal advice. Secretary-General Al-Jilani emphasized the critical need for considering and resolving the complaints submitted to the committee, urging for prompt solutions to all citizen-related issues.
