Hajja Health Office and Republican Hospital Authority Celebrate Mawlid with Cultural Evening

Hajja: The Health and Environment Office and the Republican Hospital Authority in Hajja Governorate held a cultural evening to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured remarks by Deputy Mobilization Official in the governorate, Abdullah Shayem, who emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion as a way to express attachment to the Prophet and his teachings. Shayem encouraged drawing lessons from the Prophet's life and emulating his morals and courage to confront challenges. He described the Mawlid commemoration as a deeply rooted Yemeni faith tradition and an expression of gratitude to Allah for the blessing of guidance.

Hajja Health Office Director, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, highlighted the importance of commemorating the Prophet, noting the strong commitment of the descendants of Al-Aws and Al-Khazraj to his values, conduct, and teachings. He mentioned that the occasion promotes compassion, solidarity, righteousness, and good deeds, while strengthening unity in confronting challenges. Al-Kahlani also addressed efforts by Israel and its regional allies to erase Islamic history and distance the nation from the Prophet.
