Hajjah: Various cultural events were held across Hajjah governorate on Wednesday to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah 1446 AH. Numerous cultural evenings, meetings, and seminars took place in multiple districts including al-Shahil, Washah, Haradh, Qara, al-Jumaimah, Mastaba, Najrah, al-Maghribah, Mabyan, Wadhra, Kuhlan Afar, Qafl Shammar, al-Shaghaderah, Bani al-Awam, and the governorate center.

According to Yemen News Agency, the events were attended by local leaders and officials who delivered speeches emphasizing the significance of Imam Ali's assumption of authority. They referenced the Ghadir Khumm event where Prophet Muhammad declared, "Whoever I am his guardian, then this Ali is his guardian." The speakers considered commemorating the Day of Guardianship a restoration of authority according to the correct Quranic concept, which they stated protects the nation from colonial conspiracies and subservience to hegemony and arrogance.

The officials explained that Imam Ali's guardianship ensures the integrity of religion and extends the divine message. Furthermore, they stressed the importance of strengthening ties to Imam Ali, learning his biography, and instilling the culture of guardianship within the nation. The victories of the armed forces in the "Promised Victory and Holy Jihad" battle were attributed to this return to God and adherence to the Prophet's family's path and sincere allegiance to Imam Ali.
