Hajjah: Hajjah governor Hilal al-Sufi, along with Security Director Brigadier General Hassan al-Qasimi and Security and Intelligence Director Brigadier General Adel al-Lahji, carried out inspections on Friday as part of Eid al-Adha activities.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials visited the Republican Hospital Authority to check on the wounded, conveying Eid greetings from the Revolution Leader and Supreme Political Council. They presented gifts to the wounded in appreciation of their sacrifices, with the Governor commending the hospital's care for them.
The officials also inspected various security units, including public security, traffic, and central security forces. They relayed Eid greetings from the leadership and acknowledged the personnel's steadfastness and vigilance in maintaining security and addressing "aggression plots." Security personnel expressed their gratitude for the visit, which boosted their morale.
Additionally, the Governor and security directors visited the Martyrs' Cemetery to honor those who have fallen, recognizing their sacrifices for the homeland. The Security Director also inspected the Criminal Investigation Department and extended Eid greetings to detainees in pretrial detention.
