Hajjah: The local authority in Hajjah, together with the Court and Prosecutor's Office of Appeal in the governorate and the branch of the Grievances Redress Authority, has expressed grief over the passing of Judge Saddam Omar al-Hakami. The former head of the First Civil Division at the Court of Appeal died at the age of 45.
According to Yemen News Agency, condolence statements highlighted the late judge's contributions to judicial work in the governorate. His tenure at the First Civil Division and the Hajjah Primary Court was marked by significant efforts to advance the legal framework and processes in the region.
The local authority extended their condolences and sympathy to Judge al-Hakami's children, brothers, and the entire al-Hakami family.
