Hajjah:Hajjah Governor Hilal Al-Soufi chaired a meeting to prepare for the 1448 AH Annual Martyrs' Anniversary commemorations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed the plan by the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families branch and discussed the involvement of various agencies to ensure the event's success.
Participants highlighted the importance of honoring the sacrifices made by the martyrs in defending the homeland's security and stability. They emphasized the responsibility toward martyrs' families by providing necessary care and support.
The meeting also called for organizing visits to the families of martyrs and cemeteries, holding exhibitions and events, and coordinating with the authority's branch to honor the martyrs' children. Additionally, the participants stressed the promotion of martyrdom values and social solidarity, the activation of women's committees for family visits, and the distribution of symbolic gifts. They also discussed continuing mobilization for the first and second levels of the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses and collecting a winter aid convoy for fighters on the front lines.
