Hajjah: The governorate of Hajjah today witnessed 311 marches in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in support of Gaza under the slogan 'Loyalty to the martyrs - we will not retreat in supporting Gaza whatever the sacrifices.' Participants in the marches, held across the districts of the city, Tihama, Al-Sharfayn, and Aham, affirmed steadfastness and resilience in the face of global arrogance and its henchmen, and declared full readiness to engage in a decisive battle against the forces of hegemony and arrogance, specifically naming 'America and Israel.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the demonstrators emphasized that the criminal Zionist airstrikes on civilian targets will not deter them from continuing to support the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the oppressed and vulnerable in Gaza. The crowds chanted slogans including 'A million-strong Friday of Rage. against the Zionist war,' 'Martyrs are beloved by God. and the Jews are enemies of God,' 'Crush you, enemies of God. we fear none but God,' 'With Gaza for God. in loyalty to the Prophet,' and 'With Gaza the path is jihad. either victory or martyrdom.'
Hajjah residents rejected efforts to strip the Ummah of the means to defend itself while leaving the enemy free to acquire the deadliest weapons. They viewed political pressure on Lebanon to give up the resistance's arms as part of Zionist plans to enable Israel to complete its control over Lebanon. Speakers in the marches, led by Governor Hilal Al-Sufi, Secretary-General of the Governorate Ismail Al-Muhim, deputy governors, and mobilization officials, stated that the American stance is not merely tactical or political but stems from an ideological background.
A statement issued by the marches affirmed that Yemenis will not abandon support for the oppressed Palestinian Muslim people and will remain in solidarity with the weak among the Ummah. It renewed the commitment to stand firm against the Israeli enemy regardless of its crimes and assaults. The statement described the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people - officials and citizens alike - as jihad in the path of God and obedience to Him, within the jihadi duty of defending religion, life, land, and nation.
It said Zionist crimes will not deter Yemenis but will increase their resolve and steadfastness, reiterating rejection of any recognition of or normalization with the Israeli enemy. The statement reaffirmed the Yemeni people's attachment to the Prophet on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday at a time when the Islamic Ummah faces unprecedented sedition and fragmentation, renewing loyalty to the Prophet, his religion, and his methodology, and adherence to his jihad and sacrifices under the unifying banner of Islam.
It welcomed the escalation of military operations by the Yemeni Armed Forces, which have recently caused broad disruption and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, calling for further effort, development, and escalation to achieve greater objectives in confronting and deterring the enemy. The marches renewed solidarity with the leaders of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) who were targeted in Qatar, and with the Qatari people, rejecting the Zionist violation of their sovereignty and pledging practical opposition to such violations.
The statement, signed by heads of institutions, local, mobilization, and social figures who participated in the marches, rejected the division and sedition imposed on the Ummah by the enemies and affirmed Yemen as part of one Ummah and one body, with enemies identified in the Qur'an as Jews and Christians. It renewed the pledge to continue jihad and steadfastness against tyrants and the arrogant. The statement concluded that the Yemeni people will not abandon Gaza and Palestine and are prepared to make sacrifices in the cause of God, calling on Gaza's people to remain patient and steadfast despite the pain and abandonment.
