Hajjah University Launches Admissions Exams for Medicine and Pharmacy

Hajjah: Hajjah University has initiated its admission and competitive examinations for aspiring students of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences. The launch, led by University Rector Dr. Mohammed al-Khalid, marks the beginning of the selection process for the Human Medicine parallel program and the general Pharmacy program for the academic year 1447 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. al-Khalid highlighted the importance of the competitive selection process in ensuring that only outstanding students capable of effectively managing healthcare responsibilities are admitted. He encouraged students to focus on gaining admission to the general program and praised the College of Medicine and Health Sciences' leadership and faculty for their support to Hajjah University.

Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Yahya al-Qadhi, reported that 80 students are competing for 60 available seats in the Human Medicine parallel program. Additionally, 33 students are contending for 20 seats in the general Pharmacy program. He reaffirmed the college's dedication to providing a conducive environment for these examinations.

The event was attended by key university figures, including college deans, vice-deans, and various general managers, along with academic and administrative staff.
