Hays:An expanded meeting took place in Hays District of Hodeidah Governorate to discuss methods for enhancing community mobilization and work, as well as activating the role of block leaders following the clearance of Saudi mobilizations from the district.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by district director Marwan Hulaisi, district security director Muhammad Qahif, mobilization official Awad Bakri, block leaders, and local notables. The discussions centered on enhancing communication between the local authority and block leaders and unifying community efforts to address security and stability issues.
Participants emphasized the responsibility of block leaders to monitor the conditions of citizens, address community issues, and improve coordination with local authorities and security agencies. District director Marwan Hulaisi highlighted the importance of integrating official and community efforts to maintain stability and re-normalize life in the district.
Security director Muhammad Qahif underscored the pivotal role of block leaders in monitoring security situations, enhancing communication with security agencies, and cooperating in the protection of citizens and their property.
The meeting also included discussions and interventions from block leaders, who reaffirmed their commitment to working alongside official agencies and their readiness to undertake assigned tasks.
