Sana'a: The heads of the General Authority for Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, and the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Scholar Abdelmajid al-Houthi, visited the tombs of Martyrs President Saleh al-Sammad, Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi and his cabinet, and Major General Mohammed al-Ghammari on the occasion of the Annual Martyrs' Day.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials, accompanied by senior officials and members of the Yemeni Scholars Association, offered prayers by reciting al-Fatiha and placed wreaths on the graves of the martyrs. The visit underscored the respect and honor given to those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
The leaders highlighted that remembering the martyrs serves as a message of resilience to Yemen's adversaries and reinforces the nation's dedication to continue the martyrs' legacy in overcoming challenges and conspiracies.
