Jawf: Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Ali Shaiban engaged in discussions on Monday with Jawf Governor Faisal Haidar regarding the healthcare situation in the governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included Deputy Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Nasser al-Qaoud and concentrated on devising plans to establish and equip kidney dialysis and oncology centers in Jawf. These initiatives aim to ease the difficulties faced by patients in the region.
During the talks, Minister Shaiban, alongside his deputy, emphasized that Jawf would be prioritized in the ministry's efforts to enhance healthcare services. They reiterated their commitment to proceeding with the development of dialysis and cancer treatment facilities, which are intended to mitigate the need for patients to seek treatment in other governorates.
