Taiz:Dr. Abdulwahab Saad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Environment, conducted an inspection on Monday to assess the condition of those injured in the Saudi-led attack at the Central Market in the Mafraq Mawiyah area of Taiz. He visited multiple hospitals throughout the governorate to evaluate the situation.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Saad was accompanied by Dr. Osama Al-Sharafi, Director General of Emergency Services, and Dr. Fadl Al-Qabati, Acting Director of the Governorate's Health Office. Together, they reviewed the medical services being provided to the wounded and received updates from medical staff on the health status of the patients and the ongoing efforts to treat their injuries.
During the visit, Dr. Saad encouraged medical personnel to persist in their efforts to care for the wounded and to provide comprehensive support to enhance the quality of care for the injured.
He condemned the attack on the Taiz Central Market, labeling it a crime that reveals the aggressive and terrorist nature of the Saudi actions, which are now threatening the livelihoods and survival of the Yemeni people.
