Sana'a: An expanded health meeting was held in the capital, Sana'a, headed by the Director of the Health Office, Dr. Mutahhar Al-Marwani, to discuss the preparations of hospitals and health centers to celebrate the Prophet's birthday, 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting addressed arrangements related to the health sector's active participation in commemorating the occasion through various activities. These include providing free services to citizens, such as free checkups and discounts of up to 30% on operations and tests. Furthermore, free medical camps are set to be established in impoverished areas from the 1st to the 15th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
The meeting emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion with a spirit of solidarity and mercy while following the example of the Prophet. It also focused on improving the quality of medical services and strengthening the faith identity in health facilities.
