Sana'a: On this day, June 3, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its mercenaries targeted residential neighborhoods, hospitals, mosques, citizens' homes and farms, markets, and water and food tankers in several governorates, resulting in deaths and injuries.
According to Yemen News Agency, on June 3, 2015, the aggression's air force destroyed two homes and a mosque in the village of Al-Najd Al-Ahmar in the Radmah district of Ibb governorate. Further airstrikes in the Al-Ghail district of Jawf governorate resulted in the complete destruction of a home and significant damage to neighboring residences.
The following year, on June 3, 2016, a cluster bomb explosion in the Al-Wazi'iyah district of Taiz governorate killed a farmer and injured five others. Mercenaries also shelled the military hospital in the Al-Jahmaliyah neighborhood and the Bab Al-Kabir market in Taiz city. Kidnappings and mortar shelling were reported in other neighborhoods of Taiz, and multiple airstrikes were launched on the Mandaba area in Saada Governorate, causing extensive property damage.
By June 3, 2017, airstrikes continued to affect civilians, including an injury in the Qahza area of Saada. The aggression launched multiple raids in various districts, targeting public and private properties. Notably, Khalid Camp, the Al-Hamli area in Taiz, and districts in Hajjah and Marib governorates experienced significant bombardment.
The conflict persisted on June 3, 2018, with nine civilians, including women and children, killed in an airstrike in the Al-Asha area of Saada governorate. Additional injuries were reported from Saudi missile and artillery shelling in the border districts. Airstrikes affected areas in Sana'a and Hodeida governorates, with civilian infrastructure bearing the brunt.
On June 3, 2019, the coalition's air force targeted a food tanker in Hajjah Governorate, injuring the driver. Artillery and missile shelling continued in several areas, with significant damage reported to homes and telecommunications infrastructure. In Al Mahrah Governorate, Saudi helicopters bombed near tribal positions opposing Saudi military presence.
The following year, June 3, 2020, saw further airstrikes on Kitaf and Ad-Dhaher districts, targeting farms and civilian properties. Saudi forces continued missile and artillery shelling in populated villages in Saada Governorate, while airstrikes and shelling were reported across multiple governorates, resulting in significant civilian property damage.
On June 3, 2021, six civilians were wounded by Saudi border guard fire in Saada governorate. Aggression aircraft launched raids in Marib and Hajjah governorates, causing civilian property damage. Mercenaries fortified positions and shelled various areas in Hodeida governorate with artillery and ammunition.
Hostilities persisted on June 3, 2022, with mercenaries establishing fortifications and shelling areas in Taiz and Hodeida governorates. By June 3, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched raids in Hodeida, with mercenaries continuing to fortify positions and bombard areas with artillery and firearms.
